The restaurant’s culinary philosophy is based on New York traditions of bold flavors and presentations with an extensive menu that features dishes balancing the classic and the modern. Guests may start with an antipasti from our raw bar, featured composed dishes of crudo and legendary offerings such as the Oysters ‘Rockefeller’. Other starters include a riff on the famous “Waldorf” Salad and a steak tartare prepared tableside. Secondi are inspired by the New York chophouses of old, serving up “Surf & Turf” (filet mignon paired with lobster), a hearty NY Striploing, and a classic Dover Sole “a la meuniere”.
Desserts showcase interpretations of mid-century classics, such as a slab of iconic and decadent New York-style cheesecake.
